Update!
I do apologize for not updating our blog.
Dad - is superman...shh don't tell anyone otherwise his disguise as Clark Kent will be ruined.
Mom - is hosting thanksgiving tomorrow.
Melissa - is working forty hour weeks.
Austin - his soccer team was undefeated the whole season! WHOO! GO DRAGONS!

A special chicken...
I just went to pick up Austin from my cousins house with my mom. After jumping in the car giving me a heart attack because we didn't see him until he was right in front of the car. The following conversation happened.
"Mom, I feel like a chicken flying." - Austin
"Austin?" - Mom
"No, Mom its a good thing!" - Austin
"WHAT?" - Mom & Me
*laughter*
"No, its a good thing because chicken can't fly so it means only a special chicken can fly. So, it means I'm special." - Austin
"Yes, Austin you are one special chicken." - My mom
Yeah I don't understand why that conversation happened...but it was hilarious!
Trip to Seattle
This week we decided to play tourist and headed to down to Seattle Center. In case you are wondering, Austin isn't taller than me...I promise that your eyes are deciving you if you think that he is taller than me. Anyways, we had lots of fun! :)

Austin and I were laying on our hammock outside and he wanted to get off...this is the following conversation we had.
"Austin, you can't get off we are having family time."
"Melissa, we are making bird noises and throwing rocks at Mom, that isn't family time."
"Well, what's your definition of family time?"

ITS SUMMER!
I know most of you have been celebrating the freedoms of summer since June. But, I have been in college. Don't get me wrong college is a blast but, there was work involved. Who wants to take finals when its 80 degrees outside? Anyways, my summer began on FRIDAY! I am done with this semester at college! YAY! Currently, I am in Provo visiting my fantastic cousin, Marie and her husband Chaz. It's been a lot of fun so far! I go home on Thursday! :) Anyways, the background has been changed to flip - flops in honor of all the flip - flops that I haven't been able to wear. Its against BYU - ID honor code to wear them on campus.

Scout Camp

I want to dance all night...
So basically, I decided not to upload my hip - hop video mostly because I couldn't remember my routine and the steps just thrown together don't really work. But, I'll keep trying and maybe I'll come up with something. Anyways, to mend your broken hearts about not seeing me do hip - hop I decided to upload a video of my jazz final. The first minute of the dance was choreographed by my teacher and the last part was done by my group. This was just a run through so its not perfect. But, I think it looks decent.

4th of July Weekend!
So basically, I decided that I should go home for the weekend. We got Monday off and I skipped Friday's classes. I spent Thursday driving to Seattle and Monday driving back to Rexburg. Anyways, these are the pictures from the weekend! Aren't they just precious?! I'm going to be going home at the end of this month and I can't wait! :)The best part of the parade was the Ferrari and the candy people threw at me!
